On the afternoon of January 23rd, the project launch meeting for the development and application of a lightweight self-propelled dual-mode intelligent harvester for tuberous Chinese medicinal materials was held in our company's conference room. The meeting was chaired by Liu Yan from the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and participated by Jiangsu Yunma Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the School of Engineering of China Pharmaceutical University, Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Development and Application Center, and the Agricultural Machinery Promotion Station in Dafeng District, Yancheng City.

Project execution expert Liu Yan provided a detailed introduction to the implementation background, task division, and technical indicator verification time of the project. The meeting proposed through thorough discussion that the first round of field trials for harvesting Fritillaria during its growth period should be conducted from May to June 2024.

  In the summary of the meeting, the Chairman of the company, Mr. Ji, proposed that the current round of research and development of tuber harvesting equipment is a new direction for the company, hoping to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and achieve leapfrog development of the industry through communication and mutual assistance, learning and improvement, and win-win cooperation.

After the meeting, experts and scholars observed the operation of the "air suction intelligent clearing and seeding assembly line" in the R&D workshop on site. The attendees fully affirmed the scientific research capabilities of Yunma Company in fields such as seedling cultivation and sowing, carpet seedling transplantation, and harvesting machinery.
